Profile Photo Standards
  • Submit a waist-up individual football photo with the school name visible. A jersey photo is preferred so the number is clear.
  • Submit an isolated close-up action shot where the athlete is easy to identify.
  • Submitted photos stay pending until RTN reviews and approves them before they appear publicly.

Profile Privacy & Permissions

Contact information, academics, and private notes are protected. Approved public profile information is reviewed before anything goes live.

Age-Based Protection

Minor submissions require parent/guardian contact and confirmation. Athletes under 13 remain private and parent-led until manual review; public display and college-coach access stay off.

By submitting this form, the parent/guardian or athlete who is 18 or older confirms that the information is accurate and allows Recruit the Nation to create and manage an athlete recruiting profile.

Approved public profile information may include:
  • Name, school, city/state, class year, position, height/weight
  • Approved photo, film links, social handles, honors, stats, offers, visits
  • RTN public evaluation grade, public scouting summary, and approved verified testing
Protected information is not shown publicly:
  • Athlete and parent/guardian email, phone, and mailing address
  • Date of birth, GPA, test scores, academic interests, and transcript notes
  • Admin notes, private evaluation details, consent history, and follow-up history

Photos, profile updates, testing results, and evaluation information remain subject to RTN review. Verified college-coach access and contact requests are protected and may require admin approval.
