RTN TALENT IDENTIFICATION
Our evidence. Our process. Our prospect categories.
RTN evaluates the full body of work: production, postseason honors, verified scholarship offers, film, measurements, testing, class year, and development trajectory. Outside ratings may inform research, but they never define an RTN category.

At least one verified FBS or FCS scholarship offer or commitment without both Blue-Chip requirements.

RECRUITING STATUS
Best Available means Blue-Chip and uncommitted
Best Available is a status overlay for an uncommitted National or Regional Blue-Chip Prospect. Committed, uncommitted with offers, and uncommitted without a Division I offer are tracked separately.
FIRST-PARTY RTN EVIDENCE
Film and verified testing add a stronger layer
RTN Film Evaluation and the RTN Verified Combine Index strengthen confidence, help identify Next Wave and Under-the-Radar prospects, and provide position-specific development context.
