Selected to the 2025 All-Minnesota football team. This past spring, Korenstra earned All-State honors in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.79 seconds at the Division 1 track and field state finals. On the football field, Korenstra earned all-conference honors in the OK Red as a junior after rushing for 519 yards and three touchdowns, hauling in 291 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and adding 151 yards as a kick returner with one touchdown.
