3. Elijah Goins, Macomb Dakota senior Goins was the first ever freshman starter for Dakota back in 2023, and he has only gotten better since as he enters his fourth year in the starting lineup. An incredibly smart player who has an advanced understanding of schemes, Goins registered 81 tackles and six pass breakups last season for Dakota. He has committed to Boston College, choosing that program over offers from Pitt, USC, Tennessee and Michigan State. He should see time on offense as a receiver as well.
