1. Donald Tabron II, Detroit Cass Tech junior Recently committed to Texas A&M, Tabron was highly coveted by seemingly all prominent Power 4 college football programs. He was the starter for Cass Tech’s state championship team two years ago as a freshman and last year’s runner-up team as a sophomore, and he should be the full focal point of the offense this year as an upperclassmen. A left-hander with elite size and throwing ability, Tabron passed for more than 2,500 yards and 30 touchdowns last year. Tabron has also been a standout long jumper for the track team and a member of the golf team for Cass Tech this past spring.
